As a dedicated business manager, Peter gains a great deal of satisfaction upon completion of a site upgrade or rebuild, where he takes the time to reflect on the job and see the difference his team has made to the site.

He is committed to running a successful business that supports both his family, and the families of all EMP staff whom he is incredibly proud of. Peter believes it's important to provide quality workmanship and offer all EMP clients a one stop shop to fix all their problems.

On the rare occasion he finds some spare time, Peter loves spending time with his family, gardening and cooking. Peter always aims for complete customer satisfaction, ensuring he and the EMP team do the very best at every job.

Driven by a passion for problem solving, Matt has a can-do attitude and is a highly adaptable member of the EMP team.

Most proud of our work at BP Gateway Port Macquarie, the Caltex tanker roll over in Grafton, and Island Trader meter calibration,  Matt makes valuable contributions to all aspects of our projects at EMP. When not hard at work, he takes time to travel with family, going fishing, camping and motorbike riding, spending time in the great outdoors.

Ivan is a highly skilled technician at EMP, driven by the satisfaction that comes from completing a job.

His ability to work closely with clients to fix faults and conduct site upgrades sees Ivan making a valuable contribution to many of our projects, particularly the rebuilds of Yamba Shell and Gateway Tamworth service stations. Outside of work Ivan enjoys bush walking, bike riding, playing tennis, and working on home projects.

Ann is the one who keeps the show running as our Office Manager at EMP.

Her knowledge and experience is essential to the company’s operations, with a variety of tasks keeping Ann busy and motivated in her position.

On her days off, Ann can be found riding motorbikes and spending time with family. Ann operates with her values of honesty, integrity and respect in mind, making her a much loved member of the EMP team.

Chris’s extensive industry knowledge makes him a valuable contributor to the team of technicians at EMP.

Valuing respect and reliability, Chris is driven by the opportunity to learn something different everyday he spends at work. As a lover of sport, Chris enjoys playing cricket and golf and spending time with his family watching his kids play sport.

Gus’ industry experience in the environmental and remediation works has brought a diverse and valuable set of skills to the team.
 
Enjoying larger scale construction projects Gus finds himself at home amongst our UPSS installation projects. His spare time is spent with his young family building a life on their hobby farm in the Northern Rivers.
